Creating a custom hand-made memorial plaque involves multiple stages and includes Quality Assurance checks throughout the process. The average completion time for a memorial plaque is between 2 to 4 weeks. However, if a photo is added, the process may take up to 6 weeks due to suppliers waiting to fill their kiln before firing the ceramics. We kindly request your patience and cooperation, allowing our design team to work efficiently by promptly responding to their inquiries and addressing any matters they raise during the process.
Yes! Before you finalize your order our design tool will let you preview and save several designs, you can create PDF files and should you choose to create a customer account, your orders will be safely stored on our server.
We also offer the option of tasteful and stylish gift wrapping for your order. This service incurs a small additional fee.
